Spent my Christmas at a hotel in Tianjin and I must say it was a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a small town that was away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa facilities offered a great variety of treatments and the staff were professional. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food items and service was prompt. the hotel had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

I could not fail to notice that the housekeeping was not up to standard, as I had to request for a cleaner to tidy up my room more than once. The language barrier was another issue, which made communication difficult.

The hotel is clean, spacious, with a nice pool, gym, and sauna. The staff is helpful and accommodating, despite language barriers. English channels on TV.

Located in a peaceful town away from the city, perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. Spacious rooms and a big bathtub for a comfortable stay. the hotel had a friendly staff who were always there to help.

Not many activities available nearby, making it a bit boring for a longer stay. Limited food options, especially for vegetarians.

I had a memorable luxurious experience staying at this hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the swimming pool and private facilities were perfect for a relaxing getaway. the room had all the advantages one could ask for and the restaurant had a delectable cuisine.

The only minor issue I had was with the food ordering process. Suggesting that menu items be numbered like in the Chinese menu would make things easier for English-speaking guests like me.
